The citizens office in the Town hall provides:

• Library
• Supports citizens to find the persons in charge for their questions
• Provides information from the Town Clerks desk
• Supports Malindi Resident Forum
• Will answer your complaints and work on your suggestions for improvement of the services to the citizens and visitors.
